I hate this bowl. It is anathema to me and everything I stand for. It mocks me and my entire craft. So my rage is your gain (else it becomes firewood).
Sitting upon a medium thick layer of solid oak, the main bowl portion is made up of 24 pieces of segmented Soft Maple into some nice curves.
But why do I hate this bowl? And why is the price so low? Consider this a "factory second". There are some gouges in the outside, and some tear out on the bottom. I've tried to show this in the pictures as best I could. But this bowl is priced to move.
